Besides the obvious smell of a neighborhood skunk and the threat of having your pet sprayed, skunks can also cause widespread lawn damage as they dig for grubs. In addition to using typical right-sized box traps, Siford’s Wildlife Services also uses funneling methods to help direct a skunk’s route of travel into the box traps. We also have double-door traps available that can be placed over a skunk’s burrow or where it is entering under your shed or porch to target the animal where it is burrowing.
